Seeing another need based on her many experiences grappling with cultural divides between Blacks and Whites, she began consulting with other counseling and nonprofit agencies that lacked diversity, which led to her current career as a Diversity Equity and Inclusion practitioner. She currently serves as Vice President of Foxcroft's 女校友 Council and is a member of the DEI Committee.

Carter Ware Perrella graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2017 with a B.A. 在经济学.
